STEP 1 - Log in Obtain a valid Username and Password from your Organisation, and enter the details into the Employee Login Screen as per below. If you don't know who to contact within your organisation, then please email us through our web contact details and we can assist you.
The Employee Login Screen can be found on the Home Page, or under the pQ menu at the top of the web-site.
 STEP 2 - Enter info Once you have logged into the pQ Survey area, you will find a screen for you to enter your details (similar to the screen below). Please enter the information desired, so that your organisation can identify you and ensure the results are available for you to see. If you are unsure about your "Position" or "Team" details, please check with your organisation representative.
A valid email address is important for us to provide feedback and support if necessary.

STEP 3 - Complete Survey Now complete the survey questions, answering every question on the screen (as per example below). All questions must be answered for the survey to be valid, and your results to be posted. Your data will not be saved if you exit before completing the full survey.
If you are unable to complete the survey at this time, then simply exit the survey area, by navigating back to the Home Page, and log in again at a time more convenient. The survey should take you about 20 minutes to complete.

STEP 4 - Enjoy results Once you have completed the survey, the results will be available for your feedback and review as per the screen below. Please contact your authorised company representative to obtain access to these results.
The information available will show individual, team and company performance, so that trends and needs can be identified. There is also a dashboard, that highlights high and low results across the organisation, to give a snapshot of company performance.
