Influencing People is a 3 day workshop designed to enable people in using the foundational prerequisites of ‘influence’ for business.  The first of it’s kind; in this practicum we introduce four leading edge and unique influence models.  Attendees will develop and access frames of mind that exist in outstanding communicators, persuaders, leaders, negotiators and public speakers.

By now Sceptre’s programs are being integrated into the Mirvac Group, A.F.G., Zest Health Clubs, Flight Centre, Royal Australian Air Force, and Leadership Management Australia and many more.

Key Features

Hard, measurable results-oriented language patterns and detailed strategies are revealed, each person will demonstrate overcoming and displacing resistance, awakening resource states/frames or beliefs in others for win/win situations plus lulling or making dormant problem thinking, excuses and irrational arguments. Results from this experiential training are focused on business relationships, however other results include enhanced negotiating, superior work place morale, decisiveness, critical thinking and a wide range of new assets for coaching, persuading and leading.
