Darryl Howrie – Chief Executive Officer
Darryl has researched more than 10 years into strategic leadership and relationship leadership in Australia & South East Asia. He’s the author of the forthcoming book “pQTM – the Influence System for Leaders” and began his undergraduate in Behavioural Science progressing to the field of neuro-semantics. He lectured with Dr Bob Bodenhamer on advanced reframing; conversational influence when he was just twenty eight. He is now one of nine master trainers in the world but is probably best known for his research and development in advanced linguistic reframing.
Recently Darryl has produced unique consulting and communication materials for business. His inimitable consulting and training include Zero resistance; Un-insultabilityTM and the celebrated psychometric test for frontline persuasion assessment pQTM which has culminated in founding the international consultancy Sceptre.
Jonathon Maile – Chief of Operations
With over 21 years experience in training and management, Jonathon commenced his studies with a Commerce Degree, receiving a double major in Management and Public Administration, and has extensive background in Management Leadership. Having lectured and trained groups from 5 to 500, in motivation, role development & dynamics, skills training and presentation awareness, his research and persistent focus within the areas of persuasion, influence and communication is having striking results on leadership.
Many years of in-depth interviewing, counselling and coaching experience, also provides a powerful resource for coaching and mentoring roles with clients and organisations. His ability to determine critical needs in personal and organisational settings, is a real strength through the consultation process.
